SST Direct in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician to maintain lawns, spray weeds, and manage trimming on job sites. The role is a direct hire, Monday–Friday 7am–4:30pm with OT as needed, requiring local travel and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Applicants should have basic lawn equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons. A company truck and equipment are provided, with hotels and per diem when traveling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel locally and work weekends when required.
• Comfort with outdoor work in all seasons.
• Basic mechanical skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Cut grass and spray weeds on sites.
• Remove debris, branches, and tree limbs.
• Company truck and equipment provided.
• Travel frequently and work weekends as needed.
