TruGreen in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician to serve homeowners from Dunn to Stedman. You'll manage your own route, apply lawn treatments, and build relationships with customers while enjoying paid training and a supportive local team.

This is a physically active, outdoors role with weekly pay, overtime in peak season, and company-paid certification. You must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, pass MVR/background checks, and speak English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route and apply lawn treatments.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
• Serve multiple customers each day.
