Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and minimal experience.
• Courses in horticulture preferred.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License; CDL preferred and pesticide license within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Installs and maintains grounds equipment and facilities.
• Operates tractors, mowers, trimmers, edgers, and related tools.
• Maintains landscaping including planting, pruning, and sod installation.
• Cleans grounds, removes litter, and assists with drainage and irrigation.
• Assists in concrete/asphalt work and fencing installations.
• Records tasks and materials and ensures safety compliance.
