Job summary

Carolina Sweepers is seeking a Grounds Labor Technician to perform outdoor maintenance at commercial properties across the Carolinas. This full-time role involves cleaning, litter pickup, and basic building upkeep while you work mostly outdoors in varied weather conditions.

You’ll drive a company pickup between sites, lift and move items as needed, and follow safety protocols with PPE provided. Experience isn’t required, but a valid driver license and the ability to work independently are

Qualifications

• Active driver license and clean driving record required.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Some janitorial/cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Pick up litter and clean surfaces at outdoor sites.
• Change trash bags in outdoor cans and clean dumpster enclosures.
• Drive company pickup between jobsites.
• Work on ladders/roofs or near retention ponds as needed.
• Hang signs.
