• Active driver license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Pick up litter around commercial properties.
• Wipe and clean surfaces such as windowsills and benches.
• Change trash bags in outdoor cans; handle dumpster enclosures.
• Move heavy items like pallets and furniture when needed.

• Perform ladder/roof or pond-area work as required.
• Hang signs at properties.
