Job summary

MSR-FSR is seeking a Field Service Engineer III to support customers in the semiconductor industry by installing, maintaining, testing, and upgrading equipment. You will read schematics, diagnose issues, and ensure safety compliance while communicating effectively with clients and team members.

The role requires 3–5 years in semiconductors, an associate degree or technical training, and proficiency with MS Office. Occasional travel is required for site service and customer support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training and field experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor industry preferred.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, demo, and upgrade equipment as needed.
• Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Follow training procedures and published task plans for testing and diagnosing equipment problems.
• Complete necessary job documentation and safety training.
• Read and translate mechanical and electrical schematics related to the tool.
• Provide clear and concise communication to co-workers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist junior field personnel on safety and troubleshooting procedures.
• Represent MSR-FSR professionally while putting the customer first.
