Job summary

MSR-FSR LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer III to support Semiconductor equipment and client operations. The role requires frequent company-paid travel and hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and upgrades of complex CMP and lithography tools.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in the semiconductor field, strong troubleshooting, and proficiency with CMP equipment and related software. This position emphasizes safety, documentation, and clear communication within a team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training and field experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CMP equipment and lithography tools such as Ebarra CMP, AMAT CMP, SpeedFam CMP, IPEC, CMP, Semitool CMP, FSI CMP, Verteq, TEL Litho, LAM Etch is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, demo, and upgrade semiconductor equipment as needed.
• Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Follow training procedures and published task plans for testing and diagnosing equipment problems.
• Complete necessary job documentation and safety training.
• Read and translate mechanical and electrical schematics related to the tool.
• Provide clear and concise communication to co-workers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist junior field personnel on safety and troubleshooting procedures.
• Represent MSR-FSR professionally while put the customer first.
