Job summary

MSR-FSR LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer III to support semiconductor tools, perform installation, maintenance, and upgrades, and ensure equipment reliability for our high-tech clients.

The role requires 3–5 years in semiconductors, an Associate degree or equivalent training, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and willingness to travel as needed. You will read schematics, document work, and mentor junior staff.

• Install, maintain, demo, and upgrade equipment as needed.
• Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Follow training procedures and published task plans for testing and diagnosing equipment problems.
• Complete necessary job documentation and safety training.
• Read and translate mechanical and electrical schematics related to the tool.
• Provide clear and concise communication to co-workers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist junior field personnel on safety and troubleshooting procedures.
• Represent MSR-FSR professionally while putting the customer first.
