Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to support its Infrastructure Delivery team in Casper, Wyoming. The role involves hardware-focused break-fix services on client products, with reporting to the Territory Supervisor and requiring troubleshooting and the ability to handle service calls.

Candidates must have a technical school certification or equivalent and 1–2 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic repair tools and transportation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
