Job summary

Jack Henry seeks a Deposit Operations Analyst to serve as the liaison between bank clients and the software installation team, traveling nationwide to support implementations and training. This hybrid role requires living within ~70 miles of multiple MO/KS offices and traveling monthly for project phases.

You will guide customers from pre-installation planning through post-installation support, ensuring smooth parameter design and data validation while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a financial institution with Back Office Deposit Operations.
• Role requires 40-50% travel with company-covered expenses; approximately 1 trip per month lasting 6-9 days.
• Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, design, and training of the Deposit Operations Software Application.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and validate data conversions.
• Train clients on Deposit Operations applications and provide ongoing support post-installation.
• Coordinate with analysts and programmers to analyze and audit transactions across core systems.
• Travel with a conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion, and implementations.
• Map customer processes to Jack Henry products and prepare installations.
• Set up system parameters and ensure related business processes run on software.
• Provide software guidance and answer questions on features and usage onsite or remotely.
• Maintain clear communication of customer needs to programmers and team leads.
• Keep customers informed throughout the project and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
