You will travel nationally to support implementation and training of new or enhanced software applications, guiding bank clients through pre-installation planning, installation, and post-installation support. This role requires 5+ years in a financial institution with Back Office Deposit Operations, and 40-50% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work in a financial institution with Back Office Deposit Operations.
• 40-50% travel for software implementations; travel expenses covered; about 1 trip per month lasting 6-9 days.
• Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, design, and training of the Deposit Operations Software Application.
• Consult banking clients to design parameter sets and assist with data conversion validation, training, and deployment.
• Coordinate with programmers and other analysts to analyze and audit transactions across core systems.
• Travel with a conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion, and implementation.
