• Implementation, design, and training of the GL Operations Software Application.
• Consulting with banking clients to design parameter sets and assist data conversion validation.
• Travel with a conversion team to customer sites for installation, training, and implementation.
• Map customer processes to Jack Henry solutions and map existing systems to GL Operations products.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
