Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of construction experience or a related associate degree, OSHA 30 certification, and a background in LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives. Travel and site leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree or 10+ years of construction experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
• Professional experience in preconstruction planning, site logistics, safety and QA/AC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning and site logistics for projects.
• Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and site safety compliance.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and QA documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure Lean practices and continuous improvement.
