Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC seeks a Superintendent to plan and oversee all phases of an assigned project, from preconstruction through closeout. You will lead field teams, manage schedules, budgets, and safety programs to meet project goals and client expectations.

The role requires strong communication, 5-8 years of supervisory experience, and the ability to read plans and shop drawings. Travel to various job sites and regional offices is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-8 years of construction-related leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, CRM schedules, and shop drawings.
• Working knowledge of construction scheduling, means and methods, and productivity tracking.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning and site logistics for assigned projects.
• Provide comprehensive leadership of field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgets, and on-site documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure safety compliance and drive Lean construction initiatives.
