Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the planning and oversight of assigned projects from preconstruction through post‑construction. You will manage field operations, supervise subs and staff, and drive safety, schedule, and quality controls on site.

The role requires 5–10+ years of construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, OSHA 30 certification, and a proactive, team‑oriented approach. Travel to multiple jobsites is expected.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED and 5–10+ years of construction experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 certification required; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction planning, site logistics, safety plans, and QA measures.
• Lead field staff, supervise subs and suppliers, and manage delivery of budgets.
• Oversee scheduling, paperwork, RFI/submittals, and Lean/continuous improvement.
• Participate in safety, coordination, and progress meetings; mentor team.
• Support business development and maintain client and partner relationships.
