Job summary

ARCO is seeking a motivated construction leader to oversee long-term projects from planning through execution in the Dallas area. You will manage safety, workflow, subcontractors, and progress reporting to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

The role requires 5-25 years of construction experience, OSHA certification, and the ability to travel to various project sites. We offer extensive travel perks and a comprehensive benefits package as part of ARCO's team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Physically able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information.
• Assist in preparing schedules and staffing plans for construction.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors of schedule changes promptly.
• Assist in preparing job progress and cost reports.
• Review and approve requisitions, PO's, invoices and significant reports.
• Cooperate with owner representatives while protecting company interests.
• Lead site meetings with project manager and regional manager.
• Report progress and issues to the project manager regularly.
