Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Safety‑minded Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will manage construction activities, enforce safety and quality control, and coordinate with project teams and subcontractors.

The role requires leadership, travel nationwide, and a focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements while upholding ARCO values.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• Ability to travel across the country.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings for project information.
• Prepare construction activity schedules and staffing plans.
• Direct and control the total construction to meet specs and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and integrate with project timelines.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors of schedule changes.
