Job summary

The ideal candidate has a construction-related degree or equivalent experience, OSHA-30, and proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and blueprint reading. Travel can be up to 75% across regional sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma required; 4-year degree or vocational associate’s degree is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification within last 5 years or renewal required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety compliance per OSHA and Marand safety plan.
• Supervise site work and convey project plans to subs.
• Complete punch lists within customer and budget timelines; manage documentation in Procore.
• Prepare progress and look-ahead reports for Project Manager.
• Direct subs and ensure change orders are approved by PM.
• Ensure plans and contract specs are followed; maintain site cleanliness.
• Lead weekly safety toolbox talks and maintain OSHA-30 with recertification every 5 years.
