Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years in commercial construction overseeing ground-up projects.
• OSHA 30 within last 5 years or renewal ability.
• Proficiency in project reporting software, MS Office, and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety compliance; lead field teams to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Conduct weekly on-site meetings with subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare field reports, punch lists, and progress updates.
• Direct subcontractors to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.
• Maintain on-site office and project documentation; coordinate with Project Manager.
