Job summary

Marand Builders, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Superintendent to lead large commercial ground-up and renovation projects across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of on‑the‑job experience, OSHA 30, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to manage subcontracts and schedules while ensuring safety and quality. Travel up to 75% is required; proficiency in Procore and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction, overseeing ground-up projects in healthcare, financial, and light industrial sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage multiple teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• OSHA 30 card within last 5 years or renewal ability is required.
• Proficient in project reporting software, MS Office, and blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety compliance (OSHA and company safety plan) as a top priority.
• Supervise field construction to meet design, budget, schedule, and customer objectives.
• Lead weekly on-site meetings with subcontractors and vendors regarding progress and safety.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety programs, and work rules.
• Maintain on-site field office and delivery of field reports (daily, safety).
• Coordinate subcontractor progress and manpower to meet schedule and client expectations.
• Assist in pre-construction planning, logistics, and scope reviews.
