Job summary

MasTec is seeking a Foreman in Nacogdoches, TX to supervise crew activities, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality on the jobsite. The role requires coordinating daily tasks and materials while leading up to six craft workers to meet project schedules.

The Foreman will travel to different sites as needed, enforce safety protocols, and work closely with site leadership to ensure project success. Regular performance reviews and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three or more years' of related experience in construction.
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Ability to supervise a project of six or more craft workers and lead the crew.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and read blueprints.
• Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule.
• Monitor quality control of work in place by craft workers.
• Coordinate equipment needs and ensure maintenance and operator qualification.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice.
• Lead and mentor crew; assist in hiring and training.
