The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in a lead role, OSHA 30 certification, and a valid driver license.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years in a lead role, preferably construction.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training certificate.
• Valid driver license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Must pass criminal history background check/fingerprinting.
• Must be open to travel.

Aufgaben

• Oversees time reporting for laborers and on-site personnel.
• Trains and evaluates laborers on skill proficiency and safety.
• Assigns daily tasks based on skill sets and policies.
• Promotes safety and performance by leading by example.
• Builds relationships with project staff and management.
• Plans staffing needs with supervisors to maintain schedules.
• Ensures tools/materials are on site with PM coordination.
• Captures daily project photos for documentation.
• Provides progress reports and workload updates.
• Arranges crew accommodations when needed.
• Oversees equipment maintenance and safety checks.
