Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Foreman to lead subcontractors and Turner trade employees on a live construction site. You will supervise safety, schedule delivery, and quality of work while managing budget adherence.

You will coordinate with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and trades to resolve field issues, develop schedules, and ensure compliance with contract documents. Travel and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of supervisory experience on a construction site.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a working foreman leading trade staff to complete site projects.
• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, and staffing levels.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Teams to resolve field issues.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control per Turner standards.
• Prepare time sheets, daily reports, and safety paperwork.
