Job summary

Span Construction & Engineering, Inc. is seeking a General Foreman to lead Employee-Owners on travel assignments across the United States. This front-line supervisory role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to manage multiple crews on site.

You will mentor crews, enforce OSHA standards, coordinate pre-construction activities, and ensure quality work that meets project schedules. Travel is a core aspect of this position, with postings in a fast-paced ESOP environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of trade experience.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid certifications required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insured to drive for company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Employee-Owners and crews; ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Participate in pre-construction activities; review plans, shop drawings, and specs.
• Maintain daily jobsite reports and coordinate with Superintendent.
• Travel to multiple project locations across the U.S. as required.
