Job summary

OWL Services is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Construction Foreman to supervise a team and ensure safety and timely completion of projects in Baltimore, MD. The role requires traveling nationwide up to 85% and managing concrete and electrical tasks on site.

The Foreman will read blueprints, coordinate activities from start to finish, and report daily duties. Competitive hourly compensation with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as a construction foreman.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Willing to travel nationwide up to 85% of the time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Read and understand blueprints and build to specification instructions with precision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical work
• Oversee three-to-four-man crew
• Safely operate and maneuver equipment trailers
• Read and understand blueprints and build to specification instructions with precision
• Ensure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety
• Provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed.
• Preform restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed, and straw)
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Responsible for work outcomes that are assigned
• Other duties as assigned
