TradeWise is seeking a Traveling Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial, institutional, and government projects with extensive regional travel. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong drawing literacy, and the ability to keep crews organized, safe, and ahead of schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of foreman experience, excellent communication with contractors and project leadership, and a willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of foreman or lead experience in structural steel erection or related commercial construction.
• Strong ability to read and work from structural drawings and details.
• Experience supervising and coordinating construction crews; ensures safety and productivity.

Responsabilités

• Lead field crews in structural steel erection and light-gauge framing installation.
• Plan daily production, assign work, and manage manpower and schedule.
• Maintain crew accountability, jobsite organization, and safety; ensure work matches approved drawings.
