OWL Services is seeking a Traveling Construction EV Foreman to lead a crew across the US with a focus on safety and schedule adherence. The role travels up to 85% with per-diem, lodging and travel covered, and requires a strong foreman background in electrical or civil construction.

You will read blueprints, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety from start to finish while reporting daily progress and maintaining site standards.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel across the US up to 85% (3–4 weeks away, then a paid week at home).
• 3 years’ experience as a construction foreman is required.
• Experience with electrical or civil construction is preferred.
• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Basic computer skills including Word & email.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints and build to specification with precision.
• Coordinate entire job from start to finish for efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and keep them on task.
• Perform general construction tasks focusing on concrete and electrical work.
• Safely operate equipment and job-site trailers.
• Provide daily detailed reports of duties performed.
• Restore areas where work was completed (leveling, seed, straw).
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
• Coordinate with inspectors and utility companies to execute full scope.
