Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Travel Structural Foreman to lead crews on major commercial projects, coordinating steel erection, framing, and concrete formwork. Expect travel nationwide and on-site work with consistent overtime on active projects.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, coordinating crane and rigging operations, and managing daily production and safety meetings. 3+ years of relevant experience and leadership are required, with ability to travel 100% for projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in structural steel, commercial framing, concrete formwork, or related construction work.
• Previous leadership experience managing multiple crews or field personnel.
• Strong blueprint reading, layout, rigging, and structural construction knowledge.
• Ability to travel 100% for projects and work overtime, including every other weekend as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crews performing structural steel erection, commercial framing, prefabricated wall installation, and concrete formwork construction.
• Read blueprints, perform layout work, and ensure structures are built accurately and to specifications.
• Direct crane operations, rigging activities, hoisting procedures, and steel connections while maintaining safety.
• Manage daily production schedules, crew assignments, safety meetings, progress reporting, and timesheets.
