The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, blueprint reading ability, and deep knowledge of concrete paving and site layout, with a commitment to safety and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least five years of experience in the concrete industry and advanced knowledge of concrete paving, tools and equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of layout for footings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and coach craft personnel according to company policies and work requirements.
• Direct work of assigned crew to meet daily schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, materials and equipment on site.
• Adjust daily work to the production schedule to meet deadlines.
• Request materials needed for the scope of work.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications and verify work against specs.
• Maintain a high level of safety and ensure adherence to safety policies for crew and subcontractors.
