Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field leadership experience.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all aspects of building construction.
• Ability to read and follow construction site drawings, blueprints, diagrams and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Kinsley's self-perform crews through a hands-on approach.
• Manage and schedule subcontractors effectively.
• Plan, schedule and utilize necessary manpower, tools, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain on-site inventory and receive material deliveries.
