Freyssinet USA, a leader in specialized civil engineering services, seeks a skilled Foreman to lead field crews across active project sites in Baltimore. The role supports the Superintendent, coordinating daily activities, materials, and equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards on site.

You will ensure adherence to plans, foster productive teamwork, and monitor progress against schedule. Travel is required to support multiple project sites, with a strong emphasis on MOT, concrete

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or field operations with crew leadership.
• Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and safety practices.
• Ability to read basic plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in MOT environments and roadway projects.
• Experience in concrete repair and restoration.
• Experience with structural steel preferred.
• Welding experience is a strong asset.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews to complete daily tasks safely and per project plans.
• Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment with the Superintendent.
• Promote safety and conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections.
• Monitor quality and verify workmanship against specs.
• Communicate progress and resource needs to project leadership.
• Maintain organized, clean jobsite and document daily logs.
