Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Chemical preferred).
• 3+ years experience; or 7+ with Associate degree; or 9+ years total.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven continuous improvement results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects to completion across functions.
• Travel 65-75% domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate with teams to implement engineering solutions.
• Develop capital expenditure budgets and contracts.
• Improve chemical processes for sustainability and efficiency.
• Mentor teams and drive safety and quality.
