Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Chemical Engineer preferred.
• 3+ years relevant experience or Associates Degree with 7+ years relevant experience or 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Travel 65-75% (domestic/international) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across functions to deliver initiatives from planning to completion.
• Evaluate and apply engineering solutions to manufacturing problems.
• Analyze and improve chemical processes for sustainability and efficiency.
• Assist in capital expense budgets, equipment contracts, and project planning.
• Oversee lab activities and use CAD to support problem solving.
