The role involves 25% travel to cover Austin lab, and a Monday–Friday schedule with rotational weekends to meet business needs.

Qualified candidates have advanced troubleshooting skills, experience with diagnostic tools, and a strong track record in instrument maintenance and safety compliance.

Qualificações

• Requires advanced troubleshooting of complex lab instrumentation.
• Experience with calibration, repairs, and PMs on analytical instruments.
• Familiarity with lab safety policies and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as inhouse resource on complex repairs and troubleshooting.
• Provide calibration and preventative maintenance for Bio-analytical instrumentation.
• Identify issues and escalate when necessary.
• Assist with root cause analysis (RCA).
• Respond to workorders and balance multiple tasks including PMs and repairs.
• Maintain adequate parts inventory for instrument maintenance.
