Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Construction Technologies for travel-based work on national project sites. You will coordinate field staff and assist project managers in maintaining quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience, with preference for a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in project management, construction management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field staff and assist PMs in managing project quality, schedule, cost control, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Review plans and specs to understand scope and milestones; support change orders and cost tracking.
• Assist with budget tracking, billing, scheduling, and reporting; participate in meetings and document minutes.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and ensure conformance to contract documents and QA standards.
