Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with ARRT(R) certification and a minimum of 1 year of experience to support a hospital imaging department. The role requires current BLS and ARRT(R) certification, PACS proficiency, and comfort teaching students.

Evening shifts are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with every third weekend 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM; no call or floating required, though travelers float first if needed. Michigan license is required if applicable.

Requirements

• Current BLS (AHA) and ARRT(R) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year experience required, 2+ years preferred
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Experience with Epic and Change Health Care (McKesson) preferred
• Proficiency with PACS, portable imaging, contrast administration, and fluoroscopy required
• Must be comfortable teaching and working with students
• Valid Michigan license required if applicable
• Proof of flu vaccination required at submission, with exemption requests submitted within 48 hours of signing
• Supervisor-level references required

Responsibilities

• Work in the X-Ray department of a hospital setting
• Evening shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Every third weekend required, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with two weekdays off in exchange
• No call requirement
• No floating requirement, though travelers are first to float if needed
• Accepts first-time travelers
• Locals accepted at the same rate with no radius restrictions
• RTO limited to no more than 10 days
• Previous Bronson travelers may return after 6 months, and previous permanent staff may return after 1 year
• Annual self-reported training modules completed during orientation, non-billable and 8 hours in length
