Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology X-Ray Technologist with OR and fluoroscopy experience for a night-shift assignment at a Level I Trauma Center teaching hospital. The role requires ARRT(R) and BLS, with license dependent on state rules, and prefers 2+ years in related settings.

Responsibilities include a broad range of imaging studies in an acute teaching hospital, working with portable equipment and a team in a magnet-designated trauma facility. Travel and on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT(R) and BLS certification required.
• License may be required depending on state law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
• OR and fluoroscopy experience required.
• Level I Trauma Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging studies across abdomen, extremities, spine, head, chest and trauma scenarios.
• Conduct fluoroscopy studies such as barium swallow, contrast enema, ERCP, and upper GI series.
• Utilize GE, Philips, Siemens equipment and PACS.
• Maintain infection prevention and PPE protocols.
• Work night shifts 19:00-07:00, with on-call and holiday rotations.
• Travel experience required; local candidates within 100 miles not accepted.
