The role requires BLS, ARRT-R, and EPIC EMR proficiency, with opportunities to work across ED, OR, and main radiology areas on 12‑hour shifts. Strong communication and bedside portable imaging are essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience with trauma exposure.
• Recent radiology work with core competency in general x-ray.
• Experience with trauma patient imaging and portable exams.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology exams for high‑acuity trauma patients in a teaching hospital.
• Rotate between ED, OR, and main radiology areas as scheduled.
• Operate X-ray, C-arm and O-arm equipment with EPIC EMR documentation.
• Precept x‑ray students when appropriate and maintain image quality.
• Collaborate with MD residents, fellows, and radiologists on site.
