Job summary

E2 Optics is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. You will develop and execute the Quality Management System for projects, conduct inspections, and partner with stakeholders to uphold safety and quality in data center deployments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in structured cabling or data center cabling, plus fiber testing experience. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years field experience with structured cabling or data center cabling installations.
• Experience with fiber installation and testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with technical writing and developing QA/QC procedures is a plus.

• Quality Assurance: Develop and execute the E2 Optics Quality Management System (QMS) for every project.

• Inspections & Reporting: Conduct quality inspections, generate data analytics, and track nonconformance reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean initiatives and contribute to the success of quality-driven projects.
• Training & Coaching: Train internal teams on quality standards and procedures.
