• Patient population includes geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients aged 13 and older
• Common diagnoses include neuro, ortho, debility, and cardiac conditions
• Patient ratio of 7 to 1
• Uses specialized equipment including EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic, and body weight support systems
• Charting conducted in UDS and Epic systems
• Day shift schedule from 7:00am to 4:30pm with weekend hours available on request
• No call or floating requirements
• Facility accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF for inpatient rehabilitation
• Nationally ranked in the top 6% of rehab hospitals in 2017
• Specialized units include brain-injury and stroke care with monitored rooms and dedicated therapy spaces
• Features include gymnasiums with high-tech therapy devices, outdoor healing garden, and pet therapy programs
• Black scrubs required
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Candidates must not be employed elsewhere full-time
• Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility
