Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility in Indiana. The role requires 2+ years of RN experience and an active Indiana or compact RN license.

You will provide rehabilitative nursing care in a 40-bed IRF, with day shifts 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and every-other-weekend rotation. Epic EHR is used, and generous housing and travel/licensure reimbursements are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Indiana or compact) required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
• AHA certifications required.
• Active Nursys licensure required at time of consideration.

Responsibilities

• 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting.
• Rehab Nursing IRF unit serving patients on the 1st and 2nd floors.
• Adult patient population recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
• Patient ratio of 1:6.
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Every other weekend required.
• Uses Epic EHR.
• Provide comprehensive rehabilitative nursing care within a physical medicine and rehabilitation program.
• Navy scrub color required.
• Report time is 7a or 7p.
• Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility.
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months.
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time.
