Candidates must hold a PT license where applicable and demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills. The position features a 60-bed inpatient rehab setting with a 7:1 patient ratio, using EKSO and InMotion UE Robotic devices, plus UDS and Epic EHR.

• Diagnoses include neuro, ortho, debility, cardiac.
• Uses EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic, BWSS equipment.
• Uses UDS and Epic EHR systems.
• Day shift 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.
• Every weekend required.
• No call or float requirements.
• Treat patients recovering from strokes, brain/spinal injuries, amputations, complex ortho injuries.
• Accredited by TJC and CARF for inpatient rehab.
• Black scrubs required.
• Must live more than 60 miles from facility.
• Cannot have worked perm staff at LifePoint within last 12 months.
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time.

• Uses UDS and Epic EHR systems
• Day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Every weekend required
• No call or float requirements
• Facility specializes in treating patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries
• Accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC) and CARF for inpatient rehabilitation
• Black scrubs required
• Permanent address cannot be within 60 miles of the facility
• Candidates cannot have worked perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
