Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for nationwide 13-week traveler assignments. The role provides PT supervision, patient care, and collaboration with the rehab team across diverse settings.

You will deliver therapy services, document care, and support families and patients in achieving independence, while traveling and residing away from home as needed. Licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program certified by the APTA.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
• Must be available to travel and temporarily reside away from home.

Aufgaben

• Attend patient care and meetings as a representative of physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Deliver rehab services following a plan of care; maintain timely documentation and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to implement patient programs and activities.
• Assist the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations and complex procedures.
• Instruct patients and families in therapy techniques under supervision.
• Maintain clean, functional equipment and report needs for repair.
• Prioritize patient service and care in a compassionate setting; implement individualized plans.
