Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure.
• Must be available to travel and temporarily reside outside the primary home.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide for 13 week assignments and work in various settings.
• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Attend patient care meetings and contribute as a rehabilitation team member.
• Deliver effective rehab services following a plan of care and timely documentation.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy techniques and home programs.
• Maintain equipment and document patient progress accurately.
