Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You seeks a Physical Therapist for nationwide 13‑week assignments. The role develops and delivers therapy programs, educates patients and caregivers, and coordinates with the rehabilitation team to restore function.

Travel and temporary relocation are required. Must hold a valid PT license in practice states and be willing to work across the U.S. for full-time roles with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent combination of degrees/experience.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for 13 week assignments and reside temporarily.
• If degree earned outside the U.S., must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide for 13 week assignments with flexibility to work in various settings.
• Assess needs, develop and deliver physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Refer to other disciplines as needed and coordinate with the rehab team.
• Instruct and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Supervise PT Assistants, students, and temporary staff according to licensure.
