Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist Traveler to join our nationwide program. You will assess, develop, and deliver physical therapy plans across diverse settings during 13-week assignments, traveling as required.

Responsibilities include supervising assistants, coordinating care with the rehab team, documenting progress, and ensuring safety and quality of care. Must have PT licensure in the U.S. and be willing to relocate temporarily as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Willing to travel and temporarily reside outside the home.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide for 13-week assignments and work across diverse settings.
• Assess, develop, and deliver physical therapy programs to promote rehabilitation and independence.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students per licensure requirements.
• Ensure timely documentation, adherence to plan of care, and participation in care conferences.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to select appropriate therapeutic regimens and adjust plans as needed.
• Promote a safe environment and manage equipment and supplies.
