Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Birmingham, Alabama. The role requires an active Physical Therapy license and BLS certification, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

You will evaluate patients, develop and implement rehab plans, and collaborate with a care team to improve mobility and reduce pain. Benefits include competitive pay, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, PTO after 1560 hours, and 401(k) matching.

Formación

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans using evidence-based methods.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention.
