Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an 18-week assignment in Eufaula, Alabama. The traveler will work 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift, in a facility setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid PT license, a current BLS certification, and be ready to provide high‑quality patient care in hospitals or clinics. New grads are welcome to apply, with potential for ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Doctorate or higher degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ conditions and determine functional limitations.
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs and goals.
Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in medical records.
Collaborate with physicians and therapists for coordinated care.
Educate patients on home programs and injury prevention.
