Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Greensboro, Alabama. This role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and a travel employment setup with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate holds an active PT license, BLS, and preferably a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. New graduates are welcome, and additional certifications may be required for certain settings.

Qualificações

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
• New grads welcome to apply; other certifications may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Document evaluations and treatment outcomes accurately in the medical record.
