Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using exams and history to identify functional limits.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and prevention.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and comply with infection control.
